Daily production ranges from 500 kg to 2000 kg. Extrusion die is composed of hot die + cold die, according to the product model size design into a mould for 28pcs, 60pcs, 80pcs, 120pcs, 200pcs and 300pcs and other different extrusion quantity, thus improving the production efficiency and capacity of the equipment. The production line is equipped with automatic cutting machine, saw blade cutting, simple and convenient, smooth incision. or also can add rolling machines for normally requirements.
